At Love Is Rad, we believe in empowering girls and fostering deep connections between parents and children. Our mission is to create a supportive, uplifting space where girls can build confidence, self-love, and resilience while forming lifelong friendships.
Through Rad Girls Rising - A Love Is Rad Summer Program, we offer transformative summer camps, workshops, and school assemblies designed to help girls embrace their authentic selves, develop emotional intelligence, and step into their power. We also provide special events like Moon Sisters Circles, a sacred space for pre-teens and teens navigating the transition into womanhood.
But Love Is Rad isn't just for kids -- we also offer wellness experiences for adults, including massage therapy, Reiki healing, one-on-one stretch therapy, and intuitive oracle readings. Whether you're here for your child, yourself, or both, our goal is to create a community where love, growth, and empowerment thrive.

Workshops &
Summer Camp
Rad Girls Rising: Love Is Rad Summer Camps are the perfect week long, day, summer camps. Located at San Domenico School in San Anselmo, CA, your child will learn skills and techniques to become resilient and resourceful to take on todays stressors. She will walk away with self-love, confidence and a new perspective on life.
Youth
Love Is Rad offers one-on-one sessions for youth who struggle with group work and are in need of life coaching. Founder, Tiana Baumsteiger is a Certified Youth Life Coach and works with tweens and teens to help them better understand the stressors and battles they face, and why. She teaches them tool and skills to overcome them and to resource within themselves when they need it.
Adults
Love Is Rad also offers one-on-one sessions for Adults! Founder, Tiana Baumsteiger is a Certified Stretch Therapist, Massage-Style Bodyworker, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor and Grief Support.
